With our Integrated Model, we are assisting our clients in addressing their barriers.
The main Barriers are;

•      Transportation
•      Childcare
•      Addictions
•      Lack of positive supports
•      Housing (unstable, crowding.)
Community Well-Being and Jurisdiction Initiative – HEALING OUR NATION
-      The Family Liaison Coordinator works with the high-risk families, that come to the HUB table. The HUB consists of;
•      KHAW
•      Social Development
•      AKO (CFS, DFNA)
•      RCMP
•      PROBATION
•      MESC
•      MENTAL HEALTH
•      YOUNG SPIRIT WINDS
•      HOUSING
•      SECURITY
This pilot project is a 5-year program, in which our focus is on the integrated model to ensure our families have that support and to ensure that prevention is our focus.
Programs such as cultural and Cree identity is our main focus of this pilot project.
Here are the following themes that are recommended by Louis Bull Elders
Priorities
Themes 1, 2 and 4
1.     Projects that focus on child family and community well-being with the context of Indigenous world views on Tradition
2.     Targeted prevention activities/services and healing interventions that support children and families in the home
4.  Repatriation and reunification of children and youth in care with their families and home community.
